Volunteers
Sheila Morris has been the driving force behind Emsworth in Bloom. Her leadership and enthusiasm for the project has been inspirational.
However, Sheila would be the first to say that Emsworth in Bloom would not exist without our wonderful team of volunteers.
This is a true community project. Our volunteers take responsibility for individual flower displays that are re-planted every May and October. Our volunteers are amazing people who plant, weed and feed the wonderful displays all year round. We simply cannot continue this project without their help and their effort and enthusiasm makes such a difference to our town.
Sometimes we need to recruit more willing volunteers. If you think you might like to help the Emsworth in Bloom community project please register your interest by clicking the VOLUNTEER link provided.

INTRODUCING OUR LATEST VOLUNTEER
We are delighted to welcome Dee Banks of Emsworth who joined us in May 2025. Dee is very community minded and “just wanted to give something back” when she offered to help as an Emsworth in Bloom volunteer. Dee has just taken over looking after the planter in North Street by the Fire Station.
Please stop and say hello to Dee if you see her watering, dead-heading or re-planting at the Fire Station.
Join Our Team of Volunteers
We are always keen to recruit volunteers to help with planting, weeding and feeding our flower displays as our existing volunteers step down.
If you can offer your help, then please get in touch!
